I got into real estate as an investor with a passion for doing fix and flips and owning rental property. I became licensed in 1999 for my investment business but soon had a large investor client base and ultimately a large base of investors and traditional buyers. I will probably always do real estate because I love it and I love embracing the change technology brings to real estate. My dream job would be to be a professional golfer; but I would still buy and sell real estate.
